I am of the belief that a person’s “dream life” will not materialize if they are denying the following critical elements of their being: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. To deny any of these aspects of the self is to deny the being as a whole. Many of us are totally unaware of the fact that we dissociate with at least one, if not all, of these bodies.
Spirituality is considered to be a very sensitive subject that sometimes challenges religious beliefs or is commonly written off as “hippie” language, causing people to stray away from the subject.
The mind has around 10,000 thoughts a day, many of which are invasively harmful, causing us to disconnect with the mental body as often as possible.
Most of us have been conditioned since children to mistrust or deny our emotions, which causes us to be adults that displace emotions.
Lastly, as women we commonly feel uncomfortable, unsafe and foreign in our bodies due how prevalent it is to objectify the female body in our culture.
We check out from these bodies as a means to protect ourselves, however, all this behavior does is deepen the pain and discomfort we face on our path. We are dishonoring ourselves when we do this.
I will be there for you at every step of the way, however, I cannot do the healing for you.
In order for this transformation to sustain, you get to empower your own process.
First, we get to meet each other and determine if we are a healthy fit for one another.
I offer 2 types of consultations:
A complimentary 15 minute consultation
A paid 30 minute consultation where I offer intuitive guidance (the fee will be credited towards your first session)
I meet with clients for 2 or 4 60 minutes sessions a month. Limited text and email support will be accessible through out the course of our work together. On average, I work with a client for about six months to a year. This is generally determined by your own capacity for healing. Some clients are incredibly rapid in their process and some are quite delayed.
An Important Reminder:
It’s imperative to remember that healing is not linear, nor is it for the faint of heart.
It will likely be the most challenging and rewarding commitment you will ever make.
What you gain from the self-healing experience is proportionate to what you are able put into it.
In this relationship, YOU are the healer, not me.
I am simply a guide helping you heal yourself.
Every human being has the ability to self-heal.
This work doesn’t result in being “fully healed”.
That doesn’t exist in the human experience.
To be human is to always have something to work on or towards.
That is the basis of human existence: expansion, growth and love.
